Debtor Complaints – the 24 hour Promise

Integrity Debt Management offers a “24 hour Promise” guaranteeing that any matter requiring resolution is responded to within one working day of the matter being bought to its attention.

Integrity Debt Management will listen to all issues raised, gather all information, review the matter and then move quickly to resolution.

Integrity’s 24 Hour Promise is extended to all parties involved in the collection process, particularly debtors. If an issue cannot reasonably be addressed within 24 hours, this will be communicated to the debtor, along with an indication of when resolution of the matter can be expected.
