We pride ourselves on our high standards of professional service and ensure that all staff maintain these standards. However, there may be occasions where matters do not proceed as planned and there is genuine confusion or an unintended breakdown in communication.
Integrity Debt Management encourages all stakeholders to contact us as soon as possible if there is a matter that requires clarification. Our 24 Hour Promise ensures all matters will be addressed within 24 hours. Our rigorous internal monitoring ensures the vast majority of matters are sorted out over the phone quickly and efficiently.
We have also established a second tier complaint handling procedure for those occasions when a person continues to feel that an issue has not been resolved to their satisfaction. All complaints can be lodged in writing to info@integritydebt.com.au or via telephone on 1300 136 090.
Users should note that email communication is not via a secure link. Persons who do not feel comfortable online should put the complain it writing and fax or mail it to Integrity Debt Management or contact us via telephone.
