Tailor-made pricing solutions

Integrity Debt Management is proud of its tailor-made pricing policy, which is built on an unshakeable belief that the debt management needs and desired outcomes of every client are unique.

A member of the Integrity Debt Management team will meet with you to analyze your needs, develop tailored solutions, document expected outcomes and determine an appropriate pricing structure. These arrangements are documented in a Client Service Agreement which must be signed by both parties prior to work being undertaken.

Pricing structures will vary according to the number, nature and frequency of client contacts and the manner in which the client wishes to pursue their accounts. Typically, if the client wishes to minimise the unrecoverable cost of pursuing accounts, legal action is the preferred method. However, some Councils may prefer to avoid legal action by opting for a low commission rate payable only on successful recoveries. Other costs associated with the collection process such as location searches and skip tracing commence only on instruction from the client. These may be charged on a fee-for-service basis. Charges for litigation are typically made according to the Court Scale Costs.
