Integrity Debt Management only draws on the services of reputable field agents whose practices mirror our own high standards. These agents are fully licensed and go through a rigorous screening process before they are eligible to work for us.

Integrity uses field agents to:

• Confirm an address or other personal details;
• Serve legal documents;
• Make a personal demand for payment;
• Interview the debtor to determine his or her financial position and ability to pay; and
• Assess the circumstance and asset backing of debtors to determine the viability of litigation.
