Our existing clients have a variety of rate payers from vastly different backgrounds, whether it be language, religion, socioeconomic background, gender, health, age or demographic. Our employees have had many years experience in customer service and have developed a clear understanding of the diverse needs of different demographics.

Language can be one of the greatest barriers to effective communication. At present we have a number of employees who are proficient in Danish, Norwegian, Filipino, German, Hindi and Tamil. Indeed, Local Council areas across Australia provide fertile grounds for employing people from diverse backgrounds.
