What can you do if you believe that a debt collector has behaved inappropriately?

If you believe that Integrity Debt Management has acted inappropriately, you should contact us immediately as we will not tolerate practices which breach our Code of Conduct or do not comply with the Integrity Way.

If you do not believe that your complaint has been addressed satisfactorily by Integrity Debt Management or if you believe that a collector has violated the law, you have the right to contact the Department of Fair Trading in your state or The ACCC to complain.
